The team also attended a conference by Phil Maynard called From Membership to Discipleshipand gained much inspiration. They then developed a grid representing their intentional discipleship pathway. In this process, they quickly realized that they also needed to help the church move toward a disciple-making culture. Not everyone is on board yet, but they are making progress. A big thanks to Rev.
